If you complete at least one non-livestock project, you must complete the Building Project Record Sheet for your project(s) to be eligible for Champion, Reserve Champion, or State Fair eligibility. You need to complete only ONE building project record sheet per 4-H member. You DO NOT need to complete a record sheet per project. Exception: 4-H members exhibiting the Crops project will need to complete the Crops Record Sheet for their project IN ADDITION to the Building Project Record Sheet. Certain projects may have additional requirements so be sure to read all project requirements carefully. ALL RECORD SHEETS MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE PURDUE EXTENSION OFFICE BY JULY 1 FOR YOUR PROJECT(S) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CHAMPION OR RESERVE CHAMPION.
If you complete at least one animal project (including Aquatic Science, Beef, Cats, Dairy, Dogs, Goat, Horse & Pony, Poultry, Rabbits, Sheep, and Swine), you must complete the Animal Record Sheet for your animal(s) to be eligible for Champion or Reserve Champion. You need to complete only ONE animal record sheet per 4-H member. You DO NOT need to complete a record sheet per project or per animal. Record sheets are available at the Purdue Extension Office or online at http://www.extension.purdue.edu/gibson or. ALL RECORD SHEETS MUST BE TURNED IN TO THE PURDUE EXTENSION OFFICE BY JULY 1 FOR YOUR ANIMAL(S) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CHAMPION OR RESERVE CHAMPION.
