Purdue Extension: Expert Resources for COVID-19

The educational 4-H beef program and related activities (such as workshops and tours) provide youth with a fun and hands-on learning experience which develops both beef subject skills (such as nutrition, housing, and health care) and life skills (such as responsibility, decision-making, nurturing, and communications). Skills are learned under the direction of caring adults

April 17, 2021   8:00am-11:00am   Beef ID Day, South side of the cattle barn, come in the entrance by the horse arena 


May 15, 2021  (11:59pm)             Deadline to enroll all beef animals online through

May 15, 2021                               Deadline for DNA Samples to be turned into Extension Office (state fair beef only)

May 15, 2021                               Deadline for Livestock Location Forms (mail or drop off at Extension Office)

May 2021                                     There are various deadlines with various fees based on when you enroll your animals through the Indiana State Fair Entry system.
