Welcome to the Mini 4-H Program! Mini 4-H is designed for youth to allow members to show, work with, or care for an animal after their parent or legal guardian has signed a liability release. Members will NOT be showing their own pig at the Adams County 4-H Fair but will work with another regular 4-H member. Children, kindergarten through second grade will learn through fun activities. The main objective of this project is to introduce Mini 4-H members to the responsibilities of 4-H livestock care, completing records, the activities involved in entering a 4-H animal at the fair, and to be familiar with showing a starter calf in the 4-H Swine Show. If you have questions concerning this project, contact the Extension Office.
