Gate Admission: 

     Daily Pass: $2/walk-in or $5/car

     Weekly Pass: $10/car (purchased prior to Opening Day) OR $15/car (purchased during the fair)

 

Truck Pull and Rodeo Event Admission:

     Single Adult Ticket-$15 or 2 Adult Tickets for $25

     Single Pit Pass Ticket-$20 or 2 Pit Pass Tickets for $35

     Youth Ticket (ages 5-12)-$5

Tuesday, June 4 - 4-H Fair Entries Due in FairEntry, QLC/YQCA due

Monday, June 10 - 4-H Fair Board Meeting, 7 PM, Lake Pavilion

Saturday, June 15 - Pre-fair Clean-up and Event Center Set-up, 8 AM - Noon

Tuesday, June 18 - Extension Office temporarily relocates to County Park

Wednesday, June 19 - 4-H Achievement Winner Judging,  2 PM, Event Center; 4-H Photography Check-in, 4:30 - 5:30 PM with Judging at 5:30 PM, Event Center; 4-H Non-Perishable Project Check-in, 4:30 - 7 PM, Event Center

Thursday, June 20 - 4-H Perishable Project Check-in, 8 AM, Event Center; 4-H Project Judging, 9 AM, Event Center; Concessions by the Otsego Go-Getters 4-H Club; 4-H Rocket Launch to take place directly after  judging, weather permitting; Poultry Project Check-in, 5-8 PM, Poultry Barn; Haul-in for Pre-Registered  Campers Begins, 5 PM; 4-H Dog Show, 6 PM, Rensch Hall; Miss Steuben County Queen Contest (crowning to take place Friday), 7:30 PM, Steuben Community Center

 

Friday, June 21 – RPM Trucking, Dump Truck, and Flatbed Division and Thunder Glass Day – Gates operated by Hamilton Lions Club

8 AM - Noon - 4-H Livestock Project Check-in, Livestock Barns

9 AM - “County Fair” Art Contest Begins, any medium, all ages

12 PM - “I Quit! A Guide to Leaving Your Job in Style” Performance by the Prairie Heights High School Drama Club, Rensch Hall

1 PM - 4-H Poultry Show, Rensch Hall

5 PM - Nacho Dinner by the Lucky Ducks 4-H Club, Lions Building

5:30 PM - Opening Ceremonies, Rensch Hall

6 PM - Little Miss and Mister Contest and Miss Steuben County Queen Crowning, Rensch Hall

7 PM - Truck and Tractor Pulls (bring a lawn chair), Pulling Track

8 - 10 PM - Free Concert: Scotty Butters, Rensch Hall

9 - 11 AM - Open Class Project Check-in, Lions Building

10 PM - 4 PM - Free Archery Target Shooting (all supplies provided), Lions Building Lawn

Noon - 4-H Rocket Launch Rain Date, meet outside Event Center

1 PM - Open Class Exhibit Judging, Lions Building

2 PM - 4-H Cat Show, Rensch Hall

3 PM - 4-H Faceoff Registration Due, Fair Office

4 PM - “County Fair” Art Contest Ends

5 PM - Chicken Dinner by the Angola High School FFA Chapter, Lions Building

6 PM - “County Fair Art Contest Silent Auction Begins, Lions Building

6 - 8 PM - Free Concert: Jiggs, Horse & Pony Arena; Rain Location: Rensch Hall

8 PM – IPRA and APRA Rodeo by Diamond J Rodeo Company, Grandstands (8-event show includes: Bull Riding, Calf Roping, Barrel Racing, Steer Wrestling, Saddle Bronc, Team Roping, Bareback Riding, and Cowgirl Breakaway Roping)

 

Sunday, June 23 – Miller Poultry and SOS Service, Inc. Day – Gates operated by Land of Lakes Lions Club

7 AM - Pancake & Sausage Breakfast with Biscuits and  Gravy by the Steuben County Extension Homemakers, Lions Bldg.

9 AM - 4-H Horse & Pony Show (English, Versatility, Speedmanship), H&P Arena

10 AM - 4-H Dairy Beef and Beef Shows, Rensch Hall

12 PM - 4 PM - Free Archery Target Shooting (all supplies provided), Lions Building Lawn

2 PM - 4-H Sewing Fashion Revue Judging, followed by 4-H Consumer Clothing Judging, Lions Building

3 PM - 4-H Rabbit Show, Rensch Hall

4 - 8 PM - Chainsaw Carvings by Scott Lepley, Lions Building Lawn

5 PM - Baked Potato Bar Dinner by The Conquerors 4-H Club, Lions Building
