In times of natural disasters, much attention is paid to adults, but what about the children? This fact sheet provides hints for parents and other adults who care for children to talk with the children and to help the children cope. The information in the fact sheet could be broken down into smaller segments if only one type of exposure applies to the target group.

well-being of Indiana residents. Extension Human Development provides
non-formal educational opportunities that increase knowledge,
influence attitudes, teach skills, inspire aspirations, and encourage
behavior changes .
